Services
Legal and Accounting
We carry out all processes so that you can develop your project safely. You will be informed of the taxes that must be paid or not, depending on the type of project and its cost. Also, we will let you know about tax settlement and payment, and obviously, the collection of your rent.
With only a power of attorney and a valid passport we take care of:
- Opening a bank account in Spain in your name, which only you control and manage;
- Processing documents for the investor (if applicable);
- Acquiring property;
- Commercial management of the units;
- You don’t need to travel for any of these procedures, but if you want to come, we will be delighted to show you your properties, the areas and enjoy the Sunshine Coast together.
Project
We deliver turnkey projects.
We select the best opportunities, working with the most experienced realtors:
• We renovate properties with architects and interior designers carefully selected for the project.
• We work with the best contractors to completely renovate the units.
• We carry out property maintenance.
Business Models
We offer 3 business models
1 – Capitalization: buy–renovate–sell: profitability according to a typical project, but with the possibility of making up to 3 operations per year (with or without profit withdrawal) generating 3 to 5 times higher profits.
2 – Sustained income in Euros: buy– renovate–long-term rental, with European average annual investment returns (three times higher than in Argentina).
3 – High income in Euros: buy–renovate–short-term rental (Airbnb model), where most of the income is obtained during the peak season (almost 6 months), leaving the remaining months with less or no income. Compared to the same or similar investments in Argentina, returns are much higher.
