We offer 3 business models
1 – Capitalization: buy–renovate–sell: profitability according to a typical project, but with the possibility of making up to 3 operations per year (with or without profit withdrawal) generating 3 to 5 times higher profits.
2 – Sustained income in Euros: buy– renovate–long-term rental, with European average annual investment returns (three times higher than in Argentina).
3 – High income in Euros: buy–renovate–short-term rental (Airbnb model), where most of the income is obtained during the peak season (almost 6 months), leaving the remaining months with less or no income. Compared to the same or similar investments in Argentina, returns are much higher.
